ISLT Internship

While interning with the Administrations and Professional Development Office I was assigned numerous task. The primary of which was developing learning plans for their new LinkedIn Learning account. I was task to work along side their professional development team to determine learning pathways in LinkedIn Learning for both District and Local staff. These pathways were to target shortcomings noticed by staff and legislators in new hires, and help staff better acclimate themselves to the software and tasks needed to work in the Legislature.
